I saw potential in where they are headed. May take a while to achieve their desired success. Unfortunately the legal marijuana industry is lagging. Penny stocks make it possible to be manipulated big time by MM's. Without institutional pressure the SP is controlled by the MM's. I can give you no good reason that hold. I do not get overly excited by day to day fluctuations in SP. I do my DD and decide whether or not to buy in. Nothing has changed other than price.
