This has been explained in detail before on the board.

The 1.1 million is from all three cuts.

A cut is when the peppers are cut or picked off the plants starting at one side of the property and working across. By the time the pickers finish harvesting the first cut on all the acreage, enough peppers have regrown on the plants to begin a second cut. Figure each cut is going to take 3-4 weeks to pick.
