I think the media outlets need to be reeled in. Decemination of false information by fincacial media markets or their collusion with Wall Street underwriters to sell discounted shares to rat holes who sell them in clandestine accounts. The market may close at 4:00 but the media outlets and the bid and ask change 24/7. This is no longer a market, it's a video game, and some players cheat by manipulating the code.
