#83598 RE: troyal #83537

I think a lot has already started working toward the FAA Certification. That's what Sheryl has been doing in the past few months by working with the FAA in Indy. Honestly, I believe that was her job was to review everything that Balita Airline has done and see what is transferable and determine what remaining work needs to be done for $USGL, to create a timeline for Tony to present tomorrow. That is very important for the business plan.

I know everybody has been saying, "I hope a plane will be there tomorrow! I hope a lease will be signed!" Know what I think? None of that will happen. I think the plane in Kalitta's hands are being reworked and prepared for $USGL. I do NOT think that it'll be flown to SWF, just for a show and tell. Do you know how much it cost to fly an empty plane to SWF...just for a show and tell? I wouldn't even pay for the fuel for that and just have it stay at Kalitta as work needs to be done. I'm sure a photo would work.

A lease signed? Come on...the moment they sign it, is the moment they have to start paying for it. I don't want to pay for something I can't use just yet. Tony needs to hire a flight crew first, then get the plane to do the training as well as preparing for the FAA certification. From what I'm learning, I can see that $USGL will start flying for revenue in 2018, and make 2017 the year to prepare, train and be ready in the next 6-8 months. I know they have a lot of work ahead of them, and I think Tony is going to present that and buy our confidence level.

I am confidence that what we will learn tomorrow is going to be well worth it. I honestly don't think a visibility of a plane or a lease signed will happen. Nice features, but to sell a business plan is going to be big on the agenda. If one of the two happens, great! But let's get real.

I do believe that a lot of good things will be revealed tomorrow, but some expectations are just too high. I would rather be conservative and present facts and show what has been done and
