Plausible deniability, I think Zoompass did what they needed to do from a legal standpoint, but realistically, anyone with 2 eyes and a half a brain knows it's a stock promotion.
This has not been your typical pump and dump type promo though, far from it, I think this was a legitimate awareness campaign, they needed eyes on the company and they got it.
Zoompass isn't some OTC stinky Pink sheets company who doesn't have a pot to piss in, and their only source of income is selling shares. Perhaps OTC Markets should focus more on the hundreds of those types of companies instead, the ones that are actually scamming investors with their endless share dumping and reverse splits.
