Outstanding post. I think you have hit the nail on the head. It is also an every day occurrance that people jump on a bandwagon when they smell money, so it is really no surprise to see this lawsuit now, just that if I were doing it I would have waited for the company to be generating enough money to make me go away. Feels like the dumb leading blind ignorance in the plaintiff's camp, imo. Funny too is that the plaintiff is expecting $2M for what?? Let's see the original contract. Who was it with and where was it breached?? Add to that the timing of all of this it seems awefully fishy. But the Company sure seems confident and we are still moving forward. I expect this to all be resolved and still fall in line with the current business plan. $TTCM
