The problem with buying/merging(?) with AMD is the huge debt that would also come along.

I am an AMD shareholder and have been for months. I applaud what AMD is doing but they're not quite there yet. If we don't get crushed by performance/price/technical ability by NVDA, then the 2nd quarter should be good for us with the long awaited release of our new product.
