OK if you say so. Seems to me the number of shares issued and outstanding are rather fundamental.
If HWAL's ludicrous claim of having $67,374,786 in assets were divided by the entire 300 million A/S the PPS should be $0.225 Or if you base it on the reported O/S of 142,768,564 the PPS should be $0.47
Yet this POS sits at $0.0014.
So obviously (a)no one believes management's claim regarding the valuation of their key "music library" asset and (b) reliance on technical analysis of HWAL's chart has failed miserably.
