Yeah, if you just got in, do some reading in order to update yourself.
DOLV is changing the name to something else - I don't know the ticker name yet. The new name of the company is "JB&ZJMY Company, Inc." (the previous name was "Dolat Ventures").

But if you want to join on this Electric Bus, you will be able to buy DOLV for now - if you wait for the ticker name change it may be too late (the PPS probably will increase a lot).
