So much for originality!

The shortsightedness that requires a company to plagiarize another's patents in order to survive--for society that is--if that other company is able to put the creator out of business, society is robbed of the mind which could still build on his original, now stolen, property the company can't.

The thieves will be able to profit by fencing the stolen goods throughout their marketing pipeline, but they have not the background to take the next step to as high a position the originator of the patent would have been able to.

You say you have been issued three patents. Were they stolen, do you think the thief could build on them as well as you could? I think not. You may disagree.

Anything anyone can say about the threat from theft of patents Dr Frudakis is well aware of, I'm sure. He's not a virgin! Thus the 1.5 billion share authorization, plus the move to become a company with large enough revenues to beat back any attempt, or, better yet, to discourage anyone to even try it.
