Dilution is used because it's the least expensive way to finance growth. And growth is a requirement in these stocks or they will cease operations. Until profits exist and loans with favorable terms are possible these penny stocks will use their stock holders to finance the growth. If that is something you did not know when you jumped into the penny market then I can see why you are disappointed. Maybe you should try the NYSE blue chips. Very safe and very boring.
