I like this paragraph, sums up the issue - they are not selling.


Maybe a simple solution to offset some of your losses is to just start charging more for your equipment and services on the front end. It's nice that they are saving their clients money, but it shouldn't be at the constant expense of PLUGs' shareholders!



The GenDrive sales they make to non-Walmart customers are close to 50% profit but they made ZERO installations in Q1 to such customers - they claim bookings but that is irrelevant to the bottom line.

Why isn't the sales director doing his job?
