However, keep in mind, all the patents were assigned from NeoMedia to NM, LLC in a single filing. So if three are still assigned, all NeoMedia patents are still assigned to NM, LLC.

If you are in doubt, you can go to the USPTO today, and enter any patent you want and find out the owner. It is up to the minute. You will notice that, without exception, there is no patent assignment from NM, LLC back to NeoMedia.

These type of verifiable untrue falsehoods about NeoMedia don't improve the sleezy factor that NeoMedia carries as a halo. It just makes any other claim suspect.
