Stockdoggy, I still believe in the platform and its future, so why would I sell when we are down yet management continues to enrich themselves on our backs? I think a more constructive approach, instead of selling, is to express concern (similiar to the +40% vote against the latest comp proposal) that management needs to act more in their fiduciary responsibility and alignment with the investors who are funding them and the company. I think management's behavior is one reason the stock is so far under fair value. Ask youself, is it fair that management just awarded themselves another large, dilutive free share grant when investors who have recapitalized the company have lost 33% of their money over the last four years?
