Tell that to the SEC malc...unless and until they change their custodianship laws he's figured out a way to use the courts to his advantage. What the majority of private companies he encounters after he gets his hands on public vehicles through the courts don't realize though...is that he then plays his never ending stall games hoping that the people behind the private companies give up trying to cut through all his red tape delay game tricks and move on...thereby setting the stage for him to try to suck in others into his never ending ring around the rosie game
