$AEIS Advanced Energy Industries (NASDAQ:AEIS) names Paul Oldham as its new CFO, effective May 2.

Oldham has spent the past 10 years as CFO and Senior VP of Administration of Electro Scientific Industries, part of his 30 years' experience in finance and administration.

Executive VP and General Counsel Tom McGimpsey had been serving as interim CFO.
