ALPS needs to come down, tighten the spread then start bringing this up is small incitements of maybe .05 cents. From what I've seen thus far BMIC want's to stay high bidder, virtually every time this happens on new tickers the stock has moved higher.

Still just watching right now but if big bidders start to appear I'll be buying.
