Even if your thesis is 100% correct, what is the reason for buying DSNY now? If the mobile fix will be ready June-ish, that means that MPE revenue (an unlimited amount?) will be spent on further Clipstream development until then. After that, say one quarter, for Clipstream revenue to kick in and be reported and for the cessation of money spent on development.
That means we're probably looking at the October CC for an announcement of revenue success, at earliest, so what's the value added in owning it 5 months out? There's an earned amount of cynicism out there about fealty to the time line and, therefore, we're very unlikely to see a run up prior to any announcements. And even if a complete and total fix is achieved, there will be further time required to hire marketing people and make sales.
