Buyback requires money, we have none, we don't even have insiders buying.

U can't buyback shares if the co. borrows money and issues notes to stay in business. Only co's with revenues, profits and excess cash do buy backs. Also in my 30 years of investing never heard of a sub penny doing a buyback. The game in pennies is u issue paper so dreamers who think they might hit it big, like hitting the lottery.
