The extended period for SEC quarterlies is 5 days and for annual audited reports is 15 days. Other then those there arent any SEC GRACE periods. Either they report or they dont on time. There are no excuses. Most suspended companies are for late filings with a few others for irregular trading activity. This company ALKM is a joke. Trading at a crawl here with less then even 1% of the float in the low to mid triple 0s on a daily basis. There is no interest in ALKM.

There is no "grace period". They are delinquent. At some point the SEC will send them a letter...shortly thereafter they will suspend unless they get current.
