I emailed Marcus a few months ago with a few questions and got a 1 sentence reply.

"We have gone dark".

In light of your post, my personal opinion is this is over. He has no intention of ever going public.

IDLM has been done for awhile....he is playing games with the money coming in and where its routed just like he was when the SEC busted him the first time....he is doing it again now.....the SEC will likely just revoke IDLM registration soon now and that will be the end of IDLM as a public company trading.
