20 million shares volume already at noon and the price still held down at .0068 by VFIN with some huge amount to sell apparently, cloaking it as only 200K as its been sold many times. Lots of other characters lining up to sell too if the price ever ticks up to .0069 or .0070 which it appears it will not do for some time yet.
