Unless they reimburse shareholders it means nothing....SGCP no longer exists...there is no mining going on anywhere and the CEO has abandoned this shell.

A judgment serves as a great moral victory, but if the penalty cannot be collected it's more symbolic than anything.

Ed Bronson, CEO of E-Lionheart has had 5 years to squirrel away the money into "safe" assets.

I hope the money can be clawed back somehow.
