Yes, getting approval to be sold as a medical device is quite involved. But since this is mechanical in nature, w/o any measurements or electronics to QA it should be much easier. I think the focus would be the quality of the materials used in production and any potential contamination issues.

Medical device? Like for what use? The only 'medicinal' I see here is for MJ med pharmacies. I think they should continue to market and target the MJ field.
I mean it's cool that it grinds coffee beans, that's more to show the motor and blade strength, but to scale into the coffee business.
Let's stick to what industry is hot right now and that is MJ. IMO.
