That was very old data. Currently it is unknown as they don't file.

SEC is clamping down of late on the BS on many un-filing companies.

They better get current before that or no one will survive outside of the Mgmt who gutted us.

Well on February 7th ALKM had 1.35 billion shares outstanding. The Prolific Group out of Wisconsin owned 9.9 % of those shares. Hard to say how many shares are in issue now though.
