I would suggest that the purpose of the press conference after the SHM would be to share or provide information to the general public that non-shareholders do not know about. It's likely it will be part of the overall strategic plan, first thing I would think they would likely announce globally through the press conference would be the name change. Furthermore, its likely the purpose of the press conference would be to announce some significant events and or news. imo
