Meaningless valuation. No assets & no revenues to base this on. Until the asset transfer of the "refinery proposal" & or revenues are achieved, the pps is going down every week. Imo.

They do not take the massive dilution that has happened here into account. Also, their reports appear to be automatically generated based on numbers from the past (again, not taking dilution into account). This is worth nowhere near .83, and pointing to this "valuation" is intellectually dishonest since anyone who has watched this stock knows better.
