No, just another INOH Scam this time using MJ as their P&D of choice - there is plenty to read from the SEC about MJ Scams.

Now we all know that despite claims to the contrary, INOH still has No revenue posted in "filings", and they're still overdrawn at the bank.

The disclosures should be embarrassing to Goldberg, they're Truly pathetic - INOH and their cut & paste joke "financials" displaying distorted numbers printed on what appears to be a mid-century printer.
