#95636 RE: 11AudiS4SC #95634

Oh man, I wish I had the answer.
This is a tough ticker to judge. There's close to 1,000 traders watching it, but imo most are waiting to see if Dror is on the up and up and product delivery will deliver reassurance. I think he's moved on because I've seen him when he was up to no good (Wallnut, GoilD and other originals can concur), and although I have some gripes he seems to be up to something good this time.

Another important factor for me is Yaniv has finally after 3 years taken control. That's a promising prospect -- I don't believe Yaniv will allow Easy Grinder to fail, hence the delay to deliver a more perfect device. The longs have also proven they're comfortable giving them benefit of the doubt, and willing to stick it out until at least delivery. From my previous experience with Vpor that right there says a lot more about price potential than anything else.

I can tell you that if they keep to their plan that they provided us...

1) delivery end of May for the 40K units, and positive reviews rolling in we should see a substantial move toward recent highs
2) progressively increasing the initial numbers by meeting/exceeding pre-order sales numbers ($2,000,000) over the following month or two vis-a-vis an aggressive marketing campaign
3) provide guidance regarding the China factory...i.e. are there additional products in the pipeline for manufacturing?
4) announce who the distributer is -- is it potnetwork?
5) prospectus on Simple Cork
6) status of the Spin-off with respect to timeline
7) Florida MMJ legalization plans

Then personally I'd be thrilled and pps should adequately reflect short term potential with distribution contracts rolling in and sales reflecting exponential growth, and plans confirmed back on track, however, I think they still need to add another product to their Total Vapor portfolio if they want to comfortably go over .01 threshold and justify maintaining that level (and beyond) based on current OS. It doesn't have to be anything of great significance, but something to provide that additional cushion, and imo should be announced concurrent with shipping/delivery. Unless of course they announce contracts with Simple cork, but I'm not sure if that's to their advantage to do before they spin-off the two companies.

Besides shipping, I have no idea if any of these points will fall into place as they should, but ideally that's what I'd like to see happen to continue the momentum after the shipping news -- similar to what we saw when they blitzed the release of Easy Grinder. Hopefully he's keeping an eye on ihub LOL.
