Just my opinion, but if you're waiting to buy lower, if/when we break .0920, a new 52-week will follow shortly after. But I agree that the current price is not the point to buy.
Get used to it! Since Uncle Sam's DOE is envolved in the testing Uncle Sam is calling the shots PR wise. I believe Eves had to sign a US Government Confidentiality Statement. The same thing I had contractors sign when I was a USAF Finance officer. If Eves violates it he and CCTC would lose any hope of DOE funding and be liable for damages. IMHO right now, silence is golden.
