I don't think it's really so much as a case the jerky is unpopular as it may be more hjoe is unknown in the snack market. The jerky may be decent. After all, they're using a better known jerky maker for the hjoe stuff. Hjoe only exists on the internet and a couple of gas stations in Nashville where that hodkin dealer guy can just stick them anywhere he wants whenever the manager isn't there. Usually it seems just for pictures though.
And I don't know anyone shopping on amazon for jerky, but when and if you do bring up a search for jerky, hjoe won't be on the first bunch of pages and by then people find what they want. And if hjoe shows up on a dedicated search of amazon, other jerkys shows up that are cheaper and people will almost always go cheap.
In better times before all the court stuff, hjoe even had a truck with the logo and a blow-up bottle in the truck. I have no idea what happened to that stuff.
