Agree, nice post; Yes Sir, and Like you say, no matter what the price of oil, it still has to be refined. MMEX is going to turn that Black Gold into Pocket Cash.

They won't purchase condensate lol, condensate is a bi product of drilling and refining , it's a form of natural gas. They may sell condensate or even use it to fuel the heaters

Seeing as Texas had lighter oil than is here in Alberta I even doubt there's much condensate being mixed into your pipelines there
