Now compare that to THE LAST ownership report filed by the Delaware district court, and prepared by the US Patent Office:



You have the capability to go look at the cases yourself. If there had been a subsequent change in ownership, the court would have been notified in a filing and that has not happened. NM, LLC is still litigating NeoMedia patents.

The filing in 2017 was for a release of interest assignment from YA to NeoMedia. I think it is an interesting filing because it shows NeoMedia surrendered the patents to NM, LLC while they were still a reporting entity.

The filing from NeoMedia to NM, LLC is the last filed assignment.
