While you were correct about the volume, it would appear there is no carry-over. Also, given the absence of news by CM and the company, it would seem, like it or not, that you are coming close, if not crossing the line, as to hyping or worse, this stock with your uncorroborated comments regarding the forthcoming results.
If you have information that should be in the public sector why not provide it. If not you need to take care. The company has not announced anything assuming there is something to announce. Why are you the spin docotor or the company flack?
