#48978 RE: art35 #48975

we're having two parallel discussions. one has to do with the buyback, which (i acknowledged) could have been accomplished at very low prices back in february. the entire OS churned then, before very many even knew the WY OS docs had changed.

we also know since the early days of the run a note holder has been selling shares issued at a fixed rate of .0001. we don't know at which stages these 140M shares have been repurchased, and if they've been held in various accounts for later retirement to the treasury. but an ongoing buyback could have soaked up the dilution all the way from sub-pennies to the present. if the stock will eventually be worth dollars, buying at .08 or lower has been well worth it.

so that's why i agreed with rhardy - what he said is not mutually exclusive of low trips accumulation. there's been absolutely no attempt by the company to pump their stock, in fact, just the opposite. rhardy is right. the lack of news and other milestones could be a temporary pause while the note is sold, AND it could be in conjunction with a multi-month informal buyback that started in february.

everyone agrees here.

go, DOLV. :-D
