There was a year of accumulating in the .0004 to .0008 range, the 40 million were sellers cashing out with 50 to 100% and saying thank goodness they're out..
Having said that, if this company ever got off their a$$ and put out a tiny bit of news or a current filing it should/could be trading in multiple pennies..
