I don't see any pumping, though. Maybe you have an odd definition of pumping. I see people discussing this buyout.

The first translation I saw was riddled with errors. The English version suggests that the majority shareholders have already agreed to the terms, yet there are no interviews of Stan and Gill or PR from POW!. Not convinced Stan would sell to an unknown company without talking to Disney first.

I'm not sure why a company would want trading halted on the purchase of a penny stock company ($11.5 million deal). It doesn't make sense.

There is a lot to this that doesn't make sense.

It's not a large company by US standards.

I'm starting to think it is a legitimate offer. We should know, for sure, in the next week when shareholders get an official notification.

There seems to be plenty of outs for both companies. I wouldn't rule it out as a ruse to get Camsing's share price moving.
