The SEC raised the thresholds for pink sheet filing to companies with a value of $10m+ and/or over 2000 investors (May 24, 2016 ruling). BICB evidently opted to forgo this annual filing and save $ since they did not meet the minimum requirements..pretty common action so I wouldn't say this was a negative. I do agree with several recent posts that this company needs to do something tangible to speak to this innovative product and potential market. It's been three weeks now of lower lows which is only going to depress current share holders and put pressure on the stock
