90-day share lock was lifted a couple months ago , we are safe , no dilution occurred . Many suspected the CEO would dilute but never happened which means there is no need to now , maybe obtained funding for subsidiary projects a different way ( partnerships maybe) but our OS is still nothing to worry about , they have been doing good with SDVI
