There's one big difference.

Glad you posted the issue regarding injection. I raised that question earlier this week as it is well beyond my expertise. With Opana's situation I imagine we're going to run into the same predicament. I would love to hear from someone more well versed regarding this

People inject Opana because they can, and because it gets them a good fix. 2-3 people can get a hit off the biggest dose. But with SequestOx, there will be no fix. In fact, if you have any residual high when you inject SequestOx, you will immediately go into naltrexone-induced acute opioid withdrawal (think Trainspotting). Street users will recognize SequestOx and know not to bother.


Anyone who tries to snort, chew, or inject SequestOx will not try it a second time (see blue line on graph). I highly recommend swallowing whole capsules (yellow line).
