Called the company and actually had a freind call the Brasilian ministry of minerals who is in charge of giving mining liscenses, Based on both leads was not able to get a clear answer maybe out of embarrasment. Brasilian office stated that SAOL has taken control of the liscenses and is probably purchasing equipment from prior owners who are still in custody. SAOL is also in the process of purchasing neighboring plots from others and is also bringing in new equipment to help increase their output from current levels which is in the 100k karat amount.
