Savvy, experienced investors never make such predictions. There's absolutely no way to know a bottom or a top. I buy growing dividend paying blue chips and hold them for years, just as Buffett does. Unlike virtually all IHUB "players" my investments are highly profitable.
I certainly wouldn't touch JCP or just about any retailing stock now. I do follow the industry closely.
