From my DD I came across that name as it was around the time management tried to take the company private.

Lately its been Echelon Wealth by way of Sangha; one of their analysts from PI Financial originally, who has been covering PTG. His price target is $5.50

If the Q1 is within expectations - Flat, or better this one could move quickly.
