Those OTCMarkets numbers for HEMP's market cap and OS are outdated, and I don't know why Hemp's CEO hasn't had them fixed yet.
In HEMP's 4Q/16 filing, it reported that the company had 1,232.1M outstanding common shares. That's an increase of 478.1M shares (up 63.4%) officially reported by HEMP since June 30, 2016.
I called HEMP's Transfer Agent at the end of 1Q/17, and was told that at that time, HEMP had 1,748.6M shares outstanding. When HEMP reports in 2 weeks, we'll see a number that's close to that in its report. That's another 517M shares added in 1Q/17.
When I called the TA on May 1, I was told that the OS is now 1814.9M, which puts HEMP's market cap at around $43M, which is too high, considering its lack of revenue, big losses, and book value of about $0.002/share.
