WOGI publicly stated to shareholders it was a 10 year deal.

I stated the Investor visa was out.

It is all about partnerships. Plain and simple.

I would guess for Nathan to still be in Peru there would need to be proof of the deal.

A partner would have to prove it via a contract. Right?

Or did Nathan scam the Peruvian Government? Yeah that's it.
