Obviously not since they stated the S1 was being finalized, then months later they stated S1 is yet to be started. From that I got "They were told to GTFO by SEC/FINRA" So they had to come up with another scheme to trade, other wise there would be no hiding for Bill from all the pissed off bag holders.
