Russ Mitchel started a new LLC and has a deal with DR&K NO-HO to distribute lipigesic with this new llc. Supposedly he changed the name of PMBS to DMR Biologic,llc. Don't know how this works since PMBS owns lipigesic and there have been no filing whatsoever on a name change. The stock still trades so PMBS is still active. People are speculating that this will somehow benefit PMBS. Mostly going to be a Pump and Dump as usual with this one.
