Batermere, Dan O'Connor through some of his actions over the last four years has shown he is nothing but an unethical greedy lawyer IMO and has no business being CEO of ADXS. Now that he has send another FU to investors with this latest share grab if he is smart he will recognize if he wants to actually see his huge position grow he will step down some make way for a real leader who can actually create shareholder value.
