Because most pennies are POSes. I hold over 70 penny positiosn and am always trading. I trade them to make money. At .0008 or lower PFSD is a lot less risk. I've been in and out of this for years. No way I buy this at .0014, where I sold. It was an artificial move based on Net hype. Nothing from PFSD, who no longer report and have a deadbeat CEO.
