The parent company of this proposal is trading on the Hong Kong exchange. First Creative is owned by Camsing. Here is their stock quote.

You could buy that stock as they will resume trading on the HKE Monday and stand to benefit from any revenues POW! brings in if this deal closes. They have an impressive 12 month chart.
